Total Access Event Information:

Betley Court Farm is a 252 acre working farm, sited in an area of special scientific interest in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

No animal displays or any animal exhibits will take place.
There will be no opportunity for contact between Concert ticket holders and any farm animals.
All farm animals will have been removed from the Concert Arena site at least 8 weeks prior to the Concert weekend.

BBQ’s are not permitted at the event.
This is an open air event so customers are asked to come prepared with sunscreen and sensible clothing (evenings may be cooler).

Unfortunately, umbrellas are not permitted to ensure views are not obscured.

The concerts will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather unless there is a health and safety risk.

Audio and visual recording equipment is not permitted.

Food and drink concessions are available within the arena so please don’t bring these items with you. Customers will not be permitted to take these items into the venue.


Arriving at Betley Farm Festival
Customers advised to arrive early to avoid any traffic queues into Betley Court Farm.

Ample FREE car parking.

All visitors will be required to go through the security check point on entry to the Concert Arena when it opens.

Security reserves the right to search any customers and their possessions when entering the Concert Arena. Customers requested to read the ticket conditions.

Toilets:
Toilets with disabled access are available.


Bars
There are a number of bars selling a wide range of beers, real ale, cocktails, wine, spirits, champagne and soft drinks.
Cash will be accepted on all bars.
The event operates a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. If customers look under 25, they will not be served alcohol unless they are wearing an over 18 wristband.

Cameras
Professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited.
Live video/ audio recordings made without permission are prohibited.
You can bring personal cameras and of course use your phone.


Cash Machines
There are ATMs situated on site.
These make a small transaction charge.
We strongly recommend bringing enough money for the day, though, as even queuing for cash is a few minutes wasted.

Coach information 
Transport Tickets are £17.50 + booking fee and include RETURN travel to the pickup destination.
Coaches will be leaving from the following 5 locations:
  1. Stoke Railway Station, Stoke Road, Stoke on Trent, ST4 2AA
  2. Hinde Street, Hanley, ST1 3RF
  3. School Street, Newcastle under Lyme, ST5 1HG
  4. Crewe Gates Industrial Estate, Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6AP
  5. Congleton, Fair Ground, Mountbatten Way, CW12 1DG via Crewe

Coaches will leave from 12pm midday and the last coach will leave from:
Stoke Railway Station 14:15
Hinde Street 14:15
School Street 14:15
Crewe Gates Industrial Estate 14:30
Congleton via Crewe 14:15


At the end of the concert the coaches will depart from the bus station within the event arena. The busses will shuttle to each destination until all passengers have left the arena. 


Transport ticket holders will be given a wristband which they must keep on to allow them to return travel. This will be given to the coach company for the drivers to give out on the day.


Transport ticket holders must keep hold of their ticket at all times.
 


Wheelchair & Disabled Information
Wheelchair & Disabled Access Ticket plus carer ticket £15 + Booking Fee
Ambulant disabled prices as for wheelchair. Free carer ticket only available for registered disabled who need a carer.

There will be a disabled viewing area.

Times
Gates Open: 6pm

Concert Start Times: We never publish start times of the concert for any of our shows as this could be subject to change at the artist’s discretion or because of weather conditions.


Car Parking
Parking is Free and is located on site at Betley Court Farm, CW3 9BH
Wheelchair and Disabled ticket holders will be able to park by placing their blue badge in the car window.

Duplicate tickets
In the event of a customer losing their tickets we are able to duplicate if the previous numbers are known to enable cancellation of the original barcode. Dupe ticket requests to be sent from ticket agents as and when the customer requests and NOT in the final sales report when the show comes off sale.

Care of Box Office:
COBO list to be sent to gillian.lee@cuffeandtaylor.com when the agents come off sale, C&T will organize any collections – ticket agents to send enveloped collections to our office address or venue address via post, clearly marked with the customer’s name and date of concert.

Off sale:
Information on off-sale will be sent out nearer to the time of the event by the Box Office Manager.
