People from Swansea make second highest number of calls for financial advice
A consumer helpline for people with money problems has received the second highest number of calls from Swansea.
Our city came just behind Glasgow according to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for those seeking advice across the UK.
It's told us how people in our area are ringing them with concerns over mortgage payments and credit card deals.
In the last financial year the ombudsman service received 12,504 new cases from people living in Wales, 5% of the record 250,000 new cases the service dealt with overall.
