We're expecting an announcement later on sweeping changes to the NHS in mid and west Wales.
Hywel Dda Health Board will reveal its final plans for hospitals in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
It's thought the plans will include centralising some specialisms at Glangwili Hospital in Carmarthen.
Campaigners fighting to save services at Prince Philip Hospital in Llanelli have already handed in a petition of 26,000 names to the Assembly's petitions committee.
