Shane Williams looks to continue his rugby career in Japan
Former Welsh international, Shane Williams looks to have pulled a U-turn on his retirement from rugby.
The 35-year-old will head to the far-east to play for the Mitsubishi Dynaboars in the second Division of the Japanese League on a one year deal.
Williams scored twice in his final competitive game for the Ospreys when they won the Pro12 league final by beating Leinster last month.
That was followed by his final game for the Barbarians as they lost to Wales last weekend.
Williams announced his retirement from rugby in February after turning down an Ospreys' offer to extend his playing career with the region to a 10th season.
He was expected to continue his association with the region by taking up an ambassadorial role at Liberty Stadium, but its now unclear if he will still undertake that role.
