 Badger is a Baglan boy who now lives in Swansea. I love the Breakfast show! You meet amazing people and get paid to have lots of fun. We've been doing lots of fundraising for the RNLI and I joined the volunteer lifeboat crew on The Mumbles lifeboat a few years ago. Recently we started the Wave's Diet Tribe which led to me going on a mega diet and fitness regime. So far I've lost nearly 6 stone! My new found love is running and South Wales has some amazing places to run!

The show? Well there's always lots of info on what's happening in South Wales plus The Going out Guide and top choices on the box for the night (sometimes we take the mickey a little bit). Emma's Profile

 

Emma is a pescatarian, in a nutshell, she eats things with gills and scales, but nothing with fluff, fur, feathers or big brown eyes, that’s walked around a field. Em’s been this way for 25 years after a particularly poignant episode with a cow, despite this, her Mum is always trying to ply her  chicken, beef or pork on the weekend, and is always trying to encourage her to have a bit of wafer thin ham, as it’s okay apparently if it’s wafer-thin.

Emma is married to Matt, and is mum to Joe who’s 6 and 3yr old Harry, who’ve both appeared on the show, lovely children, though quite feral, as we discovered when we let them loose in the studio, Em prefers to describe them as ‘spirited.’

There have been many highlights in Emma’s radio career, she once directed Chesney Hawkes to the station, causing him to get his tour-bus stuck under Gowerton low railway bridge. Emma’s weight is up and down like a yo-yo, she’s currently going through a slim phase, largely down to the success of the Diet Tribe, but will probably start biffing out again soon. She loves Mint Aeros, Rioja, a sunny day and all things Greek, there really isn’t a lot that she hates in this life, but tinned tuna would be one of them.
