Giant Zumba at the LC

On Saturday the 4th of February we had our Giant Zumba event at the LC. The Diet Tribe were out in force for a fab calorie burning workout with our Zumba instructor Mandy. 



Fair play to the blokes who decided to take part, there was a lot of wiggling and sexy Latino moves to master but they gave it their all. Badger, Robbie, Kevin and John from the Diet Tribe were well out of their comfort zone but they gave it their best shot. Our sides were aching by the end of it, and not just from the exercise, a few calories were burnt in laughter too. Check out the video:



Thanks to everyone who came along, here's the girls from NSPCC/Childline, kitted out for the occasion and ready to get their freak on...
