Know before you go - Swansea Bike ride

Formerly known as the South Wales Bike Ride, this popular event has been thrilling and challenging cyclists on beautiful routes through the Gower Peninsula for over 25 years while raising funds for the British Heart Foundation.

Choose from either 12 miles, 28 miles or 46 mile routes and join us in the fight against heart disease. Badger will be at the Rec on Mumbles road from 8.15 ready for the Grand Depart at 9am on Sunday 16th July. Online entry is now closed but you can come along and take part in the ride. On the day entry opens from 8.00

The start and finish point is next to St Helen's Rugby Ground.

PARKING IS FREE

The ride will be fully signed and marshalled. First aid, refreshments and toilet facilities (including disabled access) will be available at the start/finish location. Water stops and refreshments will be available en route. Note, there will be no changing rooms or luggage storage available.
