Cheesy Easter Bunny Biscuits
You can do this biscuit recipe using any biscuit or cookie cutter but for these ones we've got an Easter twist with a cute bunny.
This Nigella Lawson recipe is super simple and super tasty.
200 g grated cheddar cheese (I find mature gives the biscuits more flavour)
50 g soft butter (we used Shirgar spreadable)
100 g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pop all the ingredients in your food processor
Whizz it all up together - I put it on medium and let it do its thing.
It will all together to make a big ball of dough.
Now wrap in cling film and pop in the fridge for around 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to gas mark 6 / 200 C / 400 F.
Roll out your dough on a floured surface and get cutting our your biscuits.
Place your biscuits on to a lined baking tray and pop in the oven for around 10-12 minutes.
Keep an eye on them - it all depends on the size of your biscuit. The bigger they are the longer they take to cook.

Once cooled serve ... unless you are like my family where we eat them as soon as they are cool enough to handle with our fingers.
