Jay-Z, Jamie Foxx and Will Smith take on musical Annie

Jamie Foxx is in talks to star opposite Quvenzhane Wallis in a new big screen version of the musical Annie. 

It'll be produced by Will Smith and Jay-Z, among others. 

Jamie would play a character named Benjamin Stacks, an update of the Daddy Warbucks character. 

Production on the film could start this autumn, and be released next year.
