Four Arrested After Cardiff Woods Murder

Two more people have been arrested in connection with murder following the discovery of a body in the St Mellons area of Cardiff on Thursday (22nd November).

A 16-year-old boy and a 27-year-old man were taken into custody on Friday, while a 17-year-old girl and a 19-year-old man have now also been arrested.

The body of a 32-year-old man was found on Thursday 22nd November in the Saint Mellons area of the city. 

A total of four people are currently in police custody being questioned by officers in connection with the murder.

Police are not currently looking for anybody else but officers investigating the incident are continuing their appeal to the public for information.

Detective Superintendent Richard Jones, said: “I would like to reassure the public that we have arrested four people in connection with this incident and we are not looking for anybody else at this stage.

"I would also like to reiterate the importance of our public appeal – anybody who thinks they may have information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, should contract us immediately.”
