Doctors advise Swans boss to concentrate on recovery
Swansea City head coach Francesco Guidolin will miss Saturday’s Barclays Premier League fixture against Norwich at the Liberty Stadium (3pm).
Guidolin has been in hospital with a chest infection since Wednesday that meant he missed the midweek win over Arsenal.
He remains in a comfortable position and is making good progress, but doctors have advised that he misses this weekend’s game to continue his recovery.
He is expected to remain in hospital over the weekend before his release.
Alan Curtis will continue to carry out his duties for the fixture against the Canaries.
