Man attacked after watching Wales rugby match
An investigation's been launched into a racially-motivated assault in Llanelli.
A 29-year-old man was attacked as he left the town centre after watching the Wales v England rugby match on Saturday, February 23, at around 8.15pm.
Police say he walked past Llanelli Magistrates Court and down Bridge Street towards the credit union shop. It was near there that he was approached by three, possibly four men.
The victim was punched several times to the head.
He suffered swelling to the left eye and minor injuries to his forehead.
