Scarlets welcome back Jake Ball and Aled Davies from Wales' Six Nations camp as well as John Barclay from Scotland.
The following players are unavailable through injury;
Number 8 Allen suffered a foot injury in Sunday's defeat to Edinburgh and is expected to be out for a few weeks.
Backrow prospect Condy suffered a shoulder injury in the region's defeat to Cardiff Blues on New Year's Day. He underwent surgery on Friday 8th January and was expected to be out for up to 10 weeks.
Earle will miss this weekend's home game against Benetton Treviso with a shoulder injury suffered against Edinburgh on Sunday.
Hooker Phillips suffered knee ligament damage in the New Year's Day clash against Cardiff Blues at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park. He underwent surgery to repair a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament on Wednesday 6th January and has been ruled out for the reminder of the season.
Pitman will undergo a scan this week on a pectoral injury suffered in Sunday's PRO12 clash against Edinburgh.
Flanker Rawlins is unavailable for selection having suffered a shoulder injury in the defeat to Connacht at the end of January.
Flanker Shingler is following return to play protocols having suffered concussion in the victory over Ulster at Kingspan Stadium in February.
