Six new Coronavirus deaths in Wales reported to today
The Chief Executive of the NHS in Wales has said that the number of people in critical care with Coronavirus here is at its lowest since 25th March and that Covid-19 related deaths has been below 10 deaths a day since the 30th of May.
But Dr Andrew Goodall told a briefing this afternoon that still meant the equivalent of three large hospitals filled with Covid 19 patients.
This afternoon Public Health Wales have reported six new deaths with a positive test for Covid 19. It means 1425 people have died from the virus in Wales so far.
A return to all but emergency dental care was also going to take time, with more services being introduced from 1st July.
Dr Goodall said this was largely due to the potential for invasive procedures using drills and other equipment to spread the virus in the air.
