36-year-old Peter McCarthy and 33-year-old Ryan Palmer - both from Barry - are due in court this morning.
A 38-year-old woman has been released under investigation.
Officers were called at around 5.50am on Wednesday, August 28, to Barry Intermodal Terminal, Wimborne Road, following the discovery of a body.
South Wales Police continue to appeal for anyone who may have seen or heard a disturbance in the Cardiff Road and Ffordd Y Mileniwm area in Barry, sometime between midnight and 1am on Wednesday, August 28, to get in contact.

Harry's family are being supported by specially trained family liaison officers and have issued the following statement:
"Harry is a fun loving son and brother where family time was always precious - making memories on holidays, snowmobiling in Lapland, parasailing and riding the biggest and scariest rollercoasters in America. Harry was always having fun with his younger brother Alfie, who he absolutely idolised and loved dearly, their bond was unbreakable.
"Harry worked hard and enjoyed working alongside his dad as a carpet fitter on occasions, he always took pride in his work; he loved expressing to us whenever he received a tip from a customer.
"Life will never be the same again without our beautiful son Harry. There was never a dull moment when you were around as your presence was so vibrant.
"You would always say love you and I would say love you more, you would say not possible.
"You will always be in our thoughts always and forever Mum, Dad and Alfie xxxxxxxxxx."
