One book I absolutely love is 'Notes on a nervous Planet by Matt Haig. If your feeling stressed (and who isn't) this is a great tool to help you put things in perspective
Another is Oprah Winfrey's Book 'What I know for sure' is great s/tool for us to use to stop the overthinking and keep a realistic level on our own immediate future.
The next is 'The Daily Stoic' which basically preaches Stoicism and the ethos once again of keeping life expectancies in perspective.
